ELIGIBILITY<\/h3><p><strong>The Contest is open to any person who:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">resides in the Province of Qu\u00e9bec;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excluded from participation are:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">employees, officers, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizer and Contest Administrator;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Panasonic authorized suppliers and installers participating in the Contest;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">any person residing with one of the individuals mentioned above.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3>2. HOW TO ENTER<\/h3><p><b>No Purchase Required<\/b><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest other than through the method described below.<\/span><br \/><br \/><b>Entry Without Purchase<\/b><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enter without purchase, during the Contest Period, the participant must:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) Request a quote for a Panasonic product from a Panasonic authorized supplier located in Qu\u00e9bec;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) Complete the online entry form provided for this purpose;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) Upload a clear and readable photo of the Panasonic quote obtained. Sensitive personal information may be blacked out, except for the supplier&#8217;s name, the Panasonic brand, and the date.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any quote used to enter must be authentic, dated during the Contest Period, and issued by a Panasonic authorized supplier.<\/span><br \/><br \/><b>Entry Limit<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One (1) entry per person, per purchase contract, for the entire Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3>3. PRIZE<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is <\/span><b>one (1) prize<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to be won across the Province of Qu\u00e9bec.<\/span><br \/><br \/><b>Prize Description<\/b><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A travel gift card valued at <\/span><b>$5,000 CAD<\/b><br \/><br \/><b>Prize Conditions<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The gift card may be applied to travel services (transportation, accommodation, packages, etc.), subject to the gift card provider&#8217;s terms and conditions;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The credit may be used for travel for one or more persons, at the winner&#8217;s discretion;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No expiration date applies, subject to the gift card provider&#8217;s conditions;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, may not be sold, and may not be exchanged, unless otherwise stated in these rules.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3>4. DRAW<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The draw will take place on <\/span><b>June 15, 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, at the Organizer&#8217;s offices located at: <\/span><b>3285 Jean-B\u00e9raud Avenue, Laval (Qu\u00e9bec) H7T 2L2.<\/b><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One (1) eligible participant will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.<\/span><\/p><h3>5. PRIZE AWARDING<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be declared the winner, the selected participant must:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) Be reached by phone or email within seven (7) business days following the draw, after at least two (2) documented contact attempts;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) Accept the prize as described in these rules;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) Complete and sign a declaration and release of liability form;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) Correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e) If applicable, have any person benefiting from the trip sign a similar form.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in disqualification, and a new draw may be conducted.<\/span><\/p><h3>6. PRIZE DELIVERY<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prize will be delivered within a maximum of <\/span><b>thirty (30) business days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> following receipt of all required documents and successful completion of the skill-testing question.<\/span><\/p><h3>7. EXPENSES NOT INCLUDED<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any expenses not covered by the gift card remain the responsibility of the winner and their companions, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">meals, tips, travel insurance;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">passports, visas and required documents;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">local transportation;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">personal expenses and incidental fees.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3>8. ENTRY VERIFICATION<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entries are subject to verification. Any incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or non-compliant entry may be rejected.<\/span><\/p><h3>9. PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal information collected will be used <strong>solely for the administration of the Contest<\/strong>, in accordance with applicable Qu\u00e9bec laws. It will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required for Contest administration.<\/span><\/p><h3>10. DISQUALIFICATION<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person who:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provides a false or falsified quote;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">attempts to defraud the Contest;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">violates these rules.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3>11. PRIZE SUBSTITUTION<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the prize cannot be awarded as described for reasons beyond the Organizer&#8217;s control, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equivalent value.<\/span><\/p><h3>12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Organizer assumes no responsibility in the event of:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">technical failure of the website or entry form;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3>13. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest, subject to approval from the R\u00e9gie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Qu\u00e9bec, if applicable.<\/span><\/p><h3>14. PUBLICITY RELEASE<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Organizer to use their name, image, photograph, voice and city of residence for promotional purposes related to the Contest, without compensation, for a maximum period of two (2) years in Canada.<\/span><\/p><h3>15. DISPUTE<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of the Contest may be submitted to the <\/span><b>R\u00e9gie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Qu\u00e9bec<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h3>16.
