CONTEST RULES

“Panasonic Quote Submission – Enter for a Chance to Win $5,000”

(the “Contest”)

The Contest is organized by Deluxair (hereinafter the “Contest Organizer”) and administered by Prosomo (hereinafter the “Contest Administrator”).

The Contest runs from February 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. to May 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. (the “Contest Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to any person who:

  • resides in the Province of Québec;
  • is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Excluded from participation are:

  • employees, officers, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizer and Contest Administrator;
  • their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies;
  • Panasonic authorized suppliers and installers participating in the Contest;
  • members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse;
  • any person residing with one of the individuals mentioned above.

2. HOW TO ENTER

No Purchase Required
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest other than through the method described below.

Entry Without Purchase
To enter without purchase, during the Contest Period, the participant must:

  • a) Request a quote for a Panasonic product from a Panasonic authorized supplier located in Québec;
  • b) Complete the online entry form provided for this purpose;
  • c) Upload a clear and readable photo of the Panasonic quote obtained. Sensitive personal information may be blacked out, except for the supplier’s name, the Panasonic brand, and the date.

Any quote used to enter must be authentic, dated during the Contest Period, and issued by a Panasonic authorized supplier.

Entry Limit

  • One (1) entry per person, per purchase contract, for the entire Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry.

3. PRIZE

There is one (1) prize to be won across the Province of Québec.

Prize Description
A travel gift card valued at $5,000 CAD

Prize Conditions

  • The gift card may be applied to travel services (transportation, accommodation, packages, etc.), subject to the gift card provider’s terms and conditions;
  • The credit may be used for travel for one or more persons, at the winner’s discretion;
  • No expiration date applies, subject to the gift card provider’s conditions;
  • The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, may not be sold, and may not be exchanged, unless otherwise stated in these rules.

4. DRAW

The draw will take place on June 15, 2026, at the Organizer’s offices located at: 3285 Jean-Béraud Avenue, Laval (Québec) H7T 2L2.

One (1) eligible participant will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE AWARDING

To be declared the winner, the selected participant must:

  1. a) Be reached by phone or email within seven (7) business days following the draw, after at least two (2) documented contact attempts;
  2. b) Accept the prize as described in these rules;
  3. c) Complete and sign a declaration and release of liability form;
  4. d) Correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question;
  5. e) If applicable, have any person benefiting from the trip sign a similar form.

Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in disqualification, and a new draw may be conducted.

6. PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will be delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) business days following receipt of all required documents and successful completion of the skill-testing question.

7. EXPENSES NOT INCLUDED

Any expenses not covered by the gift card remain the responsibility of the winner and their companions, including but not limited to:

  • meals, tips, travel insurance;
  • passports, visas and required documents;
  • local transportation;
  • personal expenses and incidental fees.

8. ENTRY VERIFICATION

Entries are subject to verification. Any incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or non-compliant entry may be rejected.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Contest, in accordance with applicable Québec laws. It will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required for Contest administration.

10. DISQUALIFICATION

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person who:

  • provides a false or falsified quote;
  • attempts to defraud the Contest;
  • violates these rules.

11. PRIZE SUBSTITUTION

If the prize cannot be awarded as described for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equivalent value.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organizer assumes no responsibility in the event of:

  • technical failure of the website or entry form;
  • force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

13. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest, subject to approval from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if applicable.

14. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Organizer to use their name, image, photograph, voice and city of residence for promotional purposes related to the Contest, without compensation, for a maximum period of two (2) years in Canada.

15. DISPUTE

Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of the Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.

16. LANGUAGE

In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these rules, the French version shall prevail.
